Every module is a confidence mechanism. Data integrity — audit log, payment ledger, timestamping — is a first-class feature.
We treat data integrity — an immutable audit log, a double-entry payment ledger, certified timestamping — as a feature, not a compliance chore. Any figure shown must be dated, attributable and explainable.
2. The field dictates the tech
A site manager on unstable 3G must be able to file his daily report, photos included. Hence:
- Offline-first on mobile: data entry with no network, sync when the connection returns
- On-device photo compression before upload, to limit bandwidth
- Queues: nothing is lost, everything replays in order
3. V1 is a foundation
Marketplace (V2), then finance and AI (V3): module boundaries and the payment core are drawn from V1. The transaction ledger is already structured for multi-merchant flows and financial products.
