The essentials
Your need, understood
What we read between the lines of the specification.
ERK Group is not buying "an app". You are digitising a business you already run across the whole value chain — from the ground to the handover of keys. ERK+ must fix the sector's structural deficit: transparency. Everything else follows from that.
Three readings that guide every technical decision
1. Trust is the product
Your client is often in Paris, New York or Dubai. Their building site is in Dakar. Between the two: several thousand kilometres and a great deal of uncertainty. Every ERK+ module exists to remove that uncertainty.

Every module is a confidence mechanism. Data integrity — audit log, payment ledger, timestamping — is a first-class feature.
We treat data integrity — an immutable audit log, a double-entry payment ledger, certified timestamping — as a first-class feature, not a compliance chore. A figure that moves in ERK+ must be explainable, dated and attributable. That is what turns a dashboard into proof.
2. The field dictates the tech
A site manager on the outskirts of Dakar, on unstable 3G, must be able to file his daily report — photos included — without waiting. Our choices follow directly:
- Offline-first on mobile: the app works with no network, and syncs when the connection returns
- On-device photo compression before upload (Rust → WebAssembly): up to −70% data, a photo report that leaves in 20 seconds instead of 2 minutes
- Automatic queues: nothing is lost, everything replays in order
We do not design for the fibre of an open-plan office. We design for the entry-level smartphone of a foreman, in the sun, on one bar of signal.
3. V1 is a foundation, not a prototype
Marketplace (V2), then banking, insurance and AI (V3): your roadmap is ambitious. The question that separates a throwaway V1 from a lasting one is asked now — not in two years, when it is too late.
We draw the module boundaries and the payment core for those evolutions today. The V1 transaction ledger is already structured to host multi-merchant flows and financial products. When you press the V2 button, the architecture will already be listening.
The 3 client journeys as a backbone
We organise the entire acceptance process around your three real journeys — I start from scratch, I own a plot of land, I hand over a site already under way. Every sprint delivers journey steps that are testable end-to-end, never isolated screens. "Done" means: a client can go from the start to the end of their journey, across their seven roles, without us.
