The 8-month plan
The method
Two-week sprints, systematic demos, continuous acceptance.
Agile, without the jargon
- 2-week sprints — each sprint ends with a demo on your staging environment
- You are in the loop: a weekly progress review with your management, a direct channel with the team
- Continuous acceptance: your specification's criteria (19 testable modules, 3 end-to-end journeys, 7 roles) are verified sprint after sprint — not discovered at the end
Three environments, from day one
| Environment | Use | Who accesses it |
|---|---|---|
| Development | The team's daily work | Vortex-Soft |
| Staging | Fortnightly demos, your testing | You, at any time |
| Production | The real platform | Your users |
The code is yours — really
A Git repository in ERK Group's name, fed continuously. You see the code from the first sprint, and any third-party team could take the project over thanks to the architecture, database and API documentation delivered with it.
